ARE YOU EXPERIENCING ANY OF THESE SITUATIONS?
- Does your partner continually monitor your time and make you account for every minute?
- Does your partner ever accuse you of having affairs or act suspicious of you?
- Does you partner ever discourage you from starting friendships?
- Do you ever feel isolated and alone, as if there were no one close to confide in?
- Is your partner overly critical of daily things, such as your work, parenting, or appearance?
- Does your partner demand a strict account of how you spend money?
- Does your partner′s mood change radically, from very calm to angry or vice versa?
- Is your partner disturbed by your having or wanting activities or work outside the home?
- Does your partner become angry more easily if drinking?
- Does your partner become angry if you don′t want to go along with requests for sex?
- Does your partner ever strike you with hands or feet (slap, punch, kick, etc.)?
- Does your partner ever strike you with an object?
- Does your partner ever threaten you with an object or weapon?
- Has you partner ever threatened to kill you or to commit suicide?
- Does your partner ever give you visible injuries (bruises, cuts, lumps on head, etc.)?
- Have you ever had to treat any injuries from your partner′s violence with first aid?
- Have you ever had to seek professional help for an injury at a clinic or hospital?
- Does your partner ever hurt you sexually or make you have intercourse against your will?
- Is your partner ever violent towards children?
- Is your partner ever violent towards other people outside your home or family?
- Does your partner ever throw objects or break things when angry?
- Has your partner ever been in trouble with the police?
- Have you ever called the police or tried to call them because you felt you or other members of your family were in danger from your partner?

Our services are free and confidential, you don’t have to tell us your name if you don’t want to. We will listen to your situation and offer you information and resources that may be of help for you and we will support you in your decisions!
