The Hands are Not for Hurting Program
Offered by our trained Advocates is the Hands Are Not for Hurting program. This program is primarily intended for school-aged children and young adults from kindergarten through college, specializing in elementary and middle schools. Participants pledge to not use their hands or words for hurting themselves or others, and enjoy tracing their own hands and assembling their cutouts to post on a big banner.

Childcare During Client Appointments
Childcare is provided by our Children′s Advocate for client′s children during appointments and group counseling sessions. During childcare times, our advocate listens to children during activities and refers them to programs and resources as needed. Activities include arts and crafts, storytelling time, and safety planning.
